Developing Churches & Ministers
As a church that desires to follow the New Testament pattern, we believe the local church is apostolic by nature. A healthy local church is the scriptural birthplace and training ground for ministers of the Gospel. We believe that ministers are, above all, called by God in a clear and unambiguous fashion; sensing the Hand of God upon them for His Service. Secondly, we believe that this calling will be accompanied by abilities; authority and anointing that are consistent with scriptural offices of ministry. We maintain that a minister’s call should be confirmed and cultivated by other seasoned ministers within a local church. We hold the belief that ministers of the Gospel should be held accountable in their doctrine and conduct by consistent, authentic relationships with his or her ordaining body. We intend to develop spiritual leaders:

Through a Local Church Bible Seminary that will be dedicated to training and developing a new generation of ministers who are established in sound doctrine and the power of the Holy Spirit.

By licensing, ordaining and supporting those ministers through the Abundant Life Ministerial Association.

By providing seminars, conferences, ministerial support services to church leaders desiring to develop ministries of excellence.

By publishing books, producing audio/video teaching aids and other materials designed to help minster's reach their highest potential.
