We choose not to gather and store up treasures on earth for ourselves, but choose to gather and store up treasures in Heaven.   Because our treasure is in Heaven this is where our heart is.  We choose the Lordship of the Lord Jesus Christ over that of deceitful riches.  We will not fear about our lives- we won’t be fixated on how we provide for ourselves.  We have seen how God has provided for His creation --we are confident that we are far more precious than all that!  We refuse to be a slave for money by fearing and fretting over lack or of evil days to come.  Instead, we actively see, aim and strive after His Kingdom. We focus ourselves on doing things His way and delighting in our right standing with Him.  

This mindset releases the promise of Matthew 6:33-- all our financial material concerns will be fully supplied.  We receive today’s resources in sufficient supply! We measure our giving with liberality. We are generous and expansive in our gifts. It comes up to God and is remembered by Him!  We are safe in His care today and have every provision we need for the days to come!
